My name is Doug Bender, and I’ve been in the construction field since 1987. After a few years serving in the military, I returned to my passion—building—and launched Bender Builders in 1995. What started as a hands-on, small-scale operation has grown into a licensed and incorporated company known for integrity, craftsmanship, and customer-focused service.

With experience in nearly every aspect of residential and light commercial construction, I take pride in delivering exactly what each client envisions. Whether we’re remodeling a kitchen, building an ADU, or managing a full custom home project, I believe the key to success is preparation, clear communication, and a team that truly cares about doing the job right.

At the end of the day, I don’t just build structures—I help people bring their ideas to life and make their homes and businesses better suited to their lives.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to build dozens of custom homes—some designed from the ground up to match a client’s exact vision, and others built as spec homes with quality and style that speak for themselves. We’ve also completed countless remodels, turning outdated spaces into functional, beautiful homes our clients are proud of. We truly love what we do, and nothing is more rewarding than seeing a customer walk through their finished project with a smile on their face.
