Meet the Team Behind the Build
Bender Builders Inc. is led by Doug Bender, who began his journey in the construction field back in 1987. After proudly serving in the military, Doug returned to construction in 1993, founded Bender Builders in 1995, and officially incorporated in 2006.
Our field operations are managed by Ed Hernandez, a lifelong tradesman who grew up in a construction family—many of whom still work with us in one capacity or another. Ed is known for his hands-on leadership, clean job sites, and commitment to doing the job right.
